Procurement questions

The questions your security, legal, and finance leads will ask.

If your team needs a different answer than what's below, our enterprise desk responds within one business day with documentation.

How is data handled and where is it stored?

Editorial content is delivered from our own infrastructure; no third-party advertising or analytics trackers run on editorial pages. Enterprise customer metadata is stored in carbon-neutral, renewable-powered data centers in Sweden and Iowa, encrypted at rest and in transit. We can sign a Data Processing Addendum, a Standard Contractual Clause set, and a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement on Enterprise tier.

What contract terms and invoicing options are available?

Annual and multi-year terms are standard. We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, and SGD; net-30 is the default and net-60 is available on Enterprise tier. Purchase orders, supplier onboarding questionnaires, and tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN) are accepted; we can also bill through your existing procurement portal.

How long does onboarding take for a 100-seat deployment?

Typical Department-tier onboarding is 7 to 14 business days from contract signature to first briefing in your team's inboxes: two days for SSO/SCIM configuration, three days for your delivery channels (Slack, Teams, internal newsletter), and the remainder for orientation sessions led by your dedicated CSM. Enterprise onboarding runs 30 to 60 days and includes a custom runbook.

Do you support SAML single sign-on and audit log export?

Yes. SAML 2.0 single sign-on via Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Ping is supported on Department and Enterprise tiers. SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and audit log export to S3 or your SIEM are also included. The Department SOC 2 Type II report is available under NDA; Enterprise tier includes a quarterly security review with your CISO's office.
